Niyama Naturopathics will refund or exchange on faulty goods but will not refund or exchange for any other reason, such as change of mind.If you believe an item has been damaged in transit you must notify Niyama Naturopathics immediately. The goods must be returned at our cost within 5 working days. Your signature on the paperwork states delivery was satisfactory.

All products supplied will have a generous use by date (12-18 months on un-opened products), however as the products do not contain synthetic ingredients the estimated shelf life of opened products is approximately six months when used in accordance to the directions on the label.
